Refund policy
At Mic Mar Crafts, we take great pride in our handcrafted wooden products and strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Since many of our items are custom-made, we have specific guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Custom and Personalized Orders
Due to the personalized nature of custom wooden signs, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-made items unless they arrive damaged or defective. Before production begins, we provide a proof/mockup for approval to ensure that you are happy with the design.
Please Note: Custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started.
Non-Custom Items
For non-custom, ready-made items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@micmar.shop within 14 days of receiving your item. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
- Refunds: Refunds for non-custom items will be issued once we receive the returned item in its original condition. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize and will work quickly to resolve the issue. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we’ll either offer a replacement or issue a refund.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges for custom-made items. For non-custom items, exchanges may be available on a case-by-case basis, subject to stock availability. Please contact us if you would like to exchange an item.
Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
- Refund of Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or defective.
